We are starting this late so I'm playing catch up. We are currently about 3 weeks into our training and so far the results are coming along well. We decided to begin training because we needed motivation to continue to work out. We were working out constantly with nothing to work towards and we started to get burnt out. This gave us the opportunity to get our competitive juices going as well. We both understand the importance of working out and eating healthy, this is another reason why we decided to challenge ourselves to do something we probably wouldn't have done. Another reason we decided to do Triathlons is because Todd is a very strong runner and Emily is a strong swimmer. We figured we would help each other in those areas.
This is a quick intro into our motivation. We will post later about our training schedule, equipment and work out results.
